Project terms & conditions

The typical process leading to signing of a contract is as follows:

Initial discussions
If needed, all initial discussions are under a signed NDA with a specific scope of discussion. Feel free to use our standard mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that you can amend to suit your specific needs or requests from your legal advisors.

Draft project proposal
If it makes sense for both parties to move on with the project a draft project proposal (1-2 pages) is made which typically includes:

• Objectives
• General analysis
• Draft activity plan
• Overall strategy considerations, questions and approach
• Non-binding time and minimum budget estimate

Full project proposal
If you wish to move on with the project based on the draft proposal, we prepare a full project proposal. The project proposal comprises:

• Objectives
• Detailed analysis
• Detailed experimental strategy
• Complete activity and time plan
• Itemized budget estimate

Depending on the project, the cost of a full project proposal is in the range of 1500-4000 USD, which is agreed upon prior to delivery. This cost also covers any revisions.

Contract
General terms of contract beyond the project proposal are covered by Chempilots' standard contract.
