Chempilots seeks project partners (including project coordinators) within projects incorporating polymer-based materials and processes. Our primary research interest is within the Health and NMP Themes under the European Commission's Seventh Research Framework Programme (FP7). In particular, we are interested in cooperation with partners/project coordinators for the following or similar calls:   

• NMP.2012.2.2-5: Halogen-free flame retardant material.

EU project experience
Chempilots currently participates in the BioScent project co-funded under the European Commission's Framework 7 Programme.

The overall objective of this project is the development of innovative bioactive polymeric scaffolds able to guide tissue formation from dissociated stem cells, for engineering autologous cardiovascular replacements, namely vascular tissues, heart valves and cardiac muscle. Chempilots’ role in the project is to consult on synthesis, scale up and production of polymers.
