Proper material selection for medical applications is crucial. Chempilots has know-how and experience in developing materials and processes coping with biocompatibility requirements. 

Our approach
Our first approach in obtaining biocompliance is to apply known polymers already documented biocompatible in analogue situations as the intended indication of use. However, often this will limit the options and compromise design requirements.

Chempilots hence offers search and lab screening of known biocompatible polymers along with alternative modified and new synthesized polymers, likely to achieve biocompatible performance.

We can supply such new materials under a quality protocol in our clean rooms for further pre-clinical evaluation at other GLP labs.
