Custom medical productions

Chempilots provides technology know-how and clean rooms for the custom medical productions of new medical or diagnostic devices and controlled drug release systems. Often, this is a direct result of one of our earlier R&D contributions.

Production examples
The development of innovative medical devices is one of our core activities. Over the years we have been involved in numerous projects for some of the world’s leading companies. Here are some examples of our custom medical production projects:

• Pilot production of special designs of sterile soft contact lenses complying with MDD93/42/EEC applying ISO 13485 as quality system, audited by Notifying Body.
• Production of synthetic bone cement in Class 10,000 clean rooms and with an aseptic packaging line, audited by competent authorities.
• Class 10,000 pilot production of a controlled drug delivery device subject for further drug processing at customers production site.
• Preparation of sterile injectable hydrogel samples in clean rooms under quality protocol and supply of samples for animal implantation studies (GLP).
